The NFL's VP of officiating, Mike Pereira, joins DP to explain why calls made in the past two weeks couldn't be reversed.  One of them being a key fumble at the end of the Chargers/Broncos game and the other being why the Eagles got the ball back after DeSean Jackson's premature end zone celebration.
